- Verify you sent LTC to the exact deposit address shown on your order page — and that you sent Litecoin, not another coin.
- Check that the LTC amount sent was above the displayed minimum threshold for the pair you selected.
- Note that Litecoin confirmations typically arrive within 2–5 minutes — if your deposit is confirmed and more than 15 minutes have passed, contact support.

What to Include in Your Support Email for an LTC Swap
- Your Order ID (shown on your order confirmation page — format: ORD-XXXXXXXX)
- The transaction hash (TXID) of your LTC deposit on the Litecoin blockchain
- The currency pair you were swapping (e.g. LTC → XMR or BTC → LTC)
- The amount sent
- Your destination wallet address
- The date and approximate time of your transaction
